There is literally something for everyone in the Feldenkrais Method with myriad applications.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Feldenkrais Tailored to Your Specific Needs
Individual Sessions, called Functional Integration Sessions are a great option if you need specific help. Custom selected movement patterns to meet your needs and interests makes for more efficient and more quick progress.

Individual sessions can feature hands-on input, verbally guided input or a combination depending on client preference and practitioner judgement.

Group classes and Individual sessions can be combined for the best of both options.

GROUP CLASSES
Reset + Re-Organize
Your Body
Feldenkrais Method group classes are often referred to as Awareness Through Movement™ (ATM) classes.
Group classes are verbally guided movement explorations that are totally unlike anything found in a fitness setting.
Classes emphasize moving slowly, making small movements and emphasizing quality (effortless, smooth) resulting in a sense of well-being, connection and renewed capacity.
Group classes are offered multiple days each week and are offered in the morning, lunchtime and early evening. Classes vary in length from a shorter "reset" format 30-45 minute class to a regular format 60 minute class.

ALL classes are offered via Zoom.
MANY classes are offered in-person.
Class themes vary.
